The contract enters into force on the date of its signing, but not earlier than 01.06.2026. Performance period of the public procurement contract – 24 /twenty-four/ months, through periodic deliveries based on prior requests by type and quantity. If, as of the contract expiry date, a new public procurement award procedure with the same subject matter has been opened but has not been completed, the contract shall remain in effect under the same conditions until its completion and the conclusion of a new contract, but for no more than 2 months. Delivery period – Delivery shall be made within 72 hours of receipt of a request from the contracting authority. Payment for deliveries under the contract shall be made monthly, in Bulgarian leva by bank transfer, within 60 days after the contractor presents the required documents /invoice, handover and acceptance protocols/. Where a subcontractor is used to perform the contract, payments under the contract shall be made in compliance with the conditions of Art. 66 of the Public Procurement Act. Award criterion: the most economically advantageous tender shall be determined on the basis of the “lowest price” criterion. There is no limit on the number of separate lots that may be awarded to one contractor. For separate lots containing nomenclature lines, completeness of the tender for the separate lot is a mandatory condition. The separate lot contains 9 nomenclature items (lines) in the quantitative specification. Participants shall submit a tender for all nomenclature items (lines) of the separate lot. The evaluation is comprehensive and is based on the total value of the entire separate lot. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,344,260.74 EUR.
