The public procurement includes the supply of various types of reagents and consumables for the needs of the laboratories at Lozenets University Hospital EAD, described in detail by type and quantity in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1 and Appendix No. 1.1, an integral part of the procurement documentation. The contracting authority divides the procurement into 2 (two) lots, as follows: Lot 1 Reagents for blood analysis Celldyn Emerald 3-dif and Celldyn Ruby 5-dif Lot 2 Consumables and reagents for “Alinity ci” – an instrument for testing hormones, metabolism, trace elements, molecular-biological indicators, emergency diagnosis of cardiac markers and other additional tests or equivalent. Each lot contains separate nomenclature items, which are specified in detail in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the procurement documentation. The contracting authority imposes a requirement for completeness of the tender – participants must tender all products included in the lot for which they are participating. If a participant does not tender one or more products from the lot for which it is participating, it will be removed from the procedure for that specific lot.
