Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement is supplies through periodic (monthly) requests by the Contracting Authority of medical consumables and laboratory reagents for the needs of SBALOZ. The procurement includes a total of 35 /thirty-five/ lots, which will be awarded pursuant to Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter “b” of the Public Procurement Act, with the Technical Specification indicating general and minimum technical requirements for the medical devices offered, while Appendix 1, in Excel format, indicates the name, technical characteristics, units of measurement and approximate estimated quantities in the unit of measurement for each lot, close to those actually purchased by the Contracting Authority. The indicated estimated quantity is for 36 (thirty-six) months, calculated on the basis of annual consumption from the previous year for each lot, and the Contracting Authority is not obliged to request delivery of the entire quantity indicated in the public procurement specification, but has the right to request quantities in accordance with its actual needs. Depending on its specific needs based on the patients admitted during the month, the Contracting Authority makes separate (supplementary) requests when necessary. Delivery period for requested medical devices – up to 3 /three/ calendar days after receipt of a request. The request shall be submitted by the Contracting Authority in writing electronically. Acceptance and reporting of deliveries - the delivery date shall be deemed to be the date on which the goods are received by the Contracting Authority at the place of performance, according to a handover and acceptance protocol.
