Opportunity description

The subject matter of the procurement is the periodic supply, upon prior request, of medical devices, instruments and consumables for the needs of „КОЦ - Шумен ЕООД”. Full information regarding the scope, volume and technical requirements for the performance of the public procurement is described and regulated in the Technical Specification. The subject matter of the Public Procurement is divided into 6Lots, which contain nomenclature items – medical devices, consumables and/or instruments constituting medical devices within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act. Participation for all nomenclature items within a single Lot is mandatory. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, 2 Lots have been separated out and are described in detail in the Instructions. Options to extend the term of the contract are NOT included for them!!! The total value of the procurement excluding options amounts to €397,354.11 excluding VAT, representing the sum of the estimated values of 11 Lots for a period of twenty-four months. The total value of the procurement including options amounts to €496,692.64 excluding VAT (for Lots No. 1 to No. 11). The total value of the procurement including options (for Lots No. 1 to No. 11) and the lots separated out pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act (for which options are not included) amounts to €500,892.64 excluding VAT. The estimated value of the procurement including options includes an option to extend the term of the contract by up to 6/six/ months. In the event that, during the 24-month term of the contract, no new contract with the same subject matter /the same medical devices/ has been concluded under the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right, if continuation of the supplies is necessary, to extend the term of the concluded contract, but by no more than 6 (six) months. The conditions under which the option enters into force are in accordance with Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act/PPA/ and are set out in the draft contract, with which each participant must familiarize itself. This Lot covers the supply of medical devices/consumables for the needs of "КОЦ-Шумен" ЕООД.
