Opportunity description

The total estimated value of the public procurement is EUR 37 310, 50 (thirty-seven thousand three hundred and ten euros and fifty cents) excluding VAT, distributed among lots as follows: Lot No. 1 - “Laparoscopic optics” – EUR 7 313,60 excluding VAT. Lot No. 2 - “Centrifuge with 8 slots with 4 adapters each” – EUR 6 589,50 excluding VAT. Lot No. 3 - “Light source” – EUR 8 021, 40 excluding VAT. Lot No. 4 - “Defibrillator” – EUR 8 870, 00 excluding VAT. Lot No. 5 - “Warming system” – EUR 4 880, 00 excluding VAT. Lot No. 6 - “Centrifuge with an eight-slot rotor” – EUR 1 636, 00 excluding VAT. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority has the right to award lots under the procedure applicable to the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective lot does not exceed EUR 79 998,77 for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this manner does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement. In these cases, regardless of the remaining value of the procurement, it shall be awarded under the procedure applicable to the total estimated value of the entire procurement. In view of the above, the estimated value of: Lot No. 5 is 13,1% of the total estimated value; Since the estimated value of Lot No. 5 is less than EUR 25 564,59 excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. In view of the foregoing and pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act. Lot No. 5 will be awarded under the procedure of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act – through direct award. Lot No. 6 is 4,4% of the total estimated value; Since the estimated value of Lot No. 6 is less than EUR 25 564,59 excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. In view of the foregoing and pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act. Lot No. 6 will be awarded under the procedure of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act – through direct award. The estimated value of the present public procurement (Lots No. 1 - 4) amounts to EUR 30 794,50 (thirty thousand seven hundred ninety-four euros and fifty cents) excluding VAT. If a participant submits a bid with a value higher than the estimated value, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure. Time limit for performance of the procurement: The time limit for delivery of the medical apparatus/equipment is: up to 90 (ninety) calendar days. The time limit begins to run from the conclusion of the contract. Period of validity of the tenders: 6 (six) months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Award criterion: The evaluation and ranking of the participants’ tenders will be carried out on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. The most economically advantageous tender will be determined on the basis of the award criterion: “lowest price,” pursuant to Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. The proposed total value excluding VAT, to two decimal places, is subject to evaluation. When examining the tenders, the appointed committee will apply the so-called "reversed order," pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Art. 61 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act. The participants’ Technical and Price Proposals will be examined before the documents certifying personal status and the selection criteria. The Contractor guarantees the performance of its obligations arising from this Contract with a performance guarantee amounting to 2% (two percent) of the total value of the Contract excluding VAT. Time limit for performance of the procurement: The time limit for delivery of the medical apparatus/equipment is: up to 90 (ninety) calendar days.
