Supply of medical equipment for the needs of “MBAL – Haskovo” AD, in implementation of the project “Overcoming inequalities in the South Central Region in peripheral municipalities along the Haskovo-Harmanli-Svilengrad axis for the transition to carbon-neutral, climate-resilient and socially inclusive cities”, financed under a procedure through the direct award of grant funding BG16FFPR003-2.002 “Support for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities” under Priority 2 “Integrated Territorial Development of the Regions” of the “Development of the Regions” Programme 2021-2027. The procedure includes two separate lots: Lot No. 1 – “Supply of a computed tomography scanner with 128-slice reconstruction for the needs of “MBAL - Haskovo” AD”, in implementation of the project “Overcoming inequalities in the South Central Region in peripheral municipalities along the Haskovo-Harmanli-Svilengrad axis for the transition to carbon-neutral, climate-resilient and socially inclusive cities”, financed under a procedure through the direct award of grant funding BG16FFPR003-2.002 “Support for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities” under Priority 2 “Integrated Territorial Development of the Regions” of the “Development of the Regions” Programme 2021-2027.” . The subject matter of the public procurement covers the following activities: delivery, assembly, installation and preliminary testing (applicable to Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2); preparation of an investment design for adapting the room for installation of the device in the Technological, Electrical Technology, Radiation Protection and HVAC sections (applicable to Lot No. 1); dismantling of the available old equipment and its removal from the premises of the medical establishment to a location specified by the Contracting Authority (applicable to Lot No. 1); assistance in preparing documents for obtaining an installation permit from the Nuclear Regulatory Agency – NRA (applicable to Lot No. 1); assistance in preparing the complete documentation for licensing the equipment, which the contracting authority submits to the NRA (applicable to Lot No. 1); warranty service, including remedying warranty defects and servicing - ongoing maintenance, preventive maintenance, replacement of modules and repairs of the equipment (applicable to Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2); staff training (applicable to Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2).
