The public procurement covers the supply of a urological system for laser lithotripsy – Holmium laser for the Urology Clinic at UMHAT “Sveta Anna” – Sofia AD. The medical equipment must fully comply with the requirements and technical characteristics specified in the specification prepared by the Contracting Authority. The scope of the procurement includes the following activities: delivery, installation, commissioning, personnel training in operating the equipment, and warranty maintenance of a urological system for laser lithotripsy – Holmium laser for the Urology Clinic at UMHAT “Sveta Anna” – Sofia AD. Tenderers shall submit only one tender for the comprehensive performance of the procurement, and variants shall not be permitted. The period for ordering the medical equipment is 12 months, with performance taking place following a written request, depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The delivery period for the urological system shall be proposed by the tenderer in calendar days and shall not exceed 70 calendar days from the submission of a written request. The medical institution shall have no obligation to purchase the medical equipment that is the subject of this procedure. The warranty period for the medical equipment shall be proposed by the tenderer, in months, and may not be shorter than 12 (twelve) months from the date of the handover and acceptance protocol for the completed delivery. Payment shall be made in euros by bank transfer, on a deferred basis, within a period proposed by the tenderer, but not shorter than 60 calendar days after presentation of a written request, invoice, warranty card, and handover and acceptance protocol. The final price includes all costs up to the final recipient, UMHAT “Sveta Anna” – Sofia AD. Each tenderer shall attach to its technical proposal the following documents, which form an integral part thereof: 1. Technical documents, brochures, and catalogues showing the parameters of the medical equipment offered by the tenderer and its compliance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements listed in the technical specification 2. Letter of authorization from the manufacturer of the medical equipment or its authorized representative granting the tenderer the right to trade in its products. A letter of authorization is not required only where the tenderer and the manufacturer are the same person. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 131,000 EUR.
