Bulgaria – Medical equipments – Supply and installation of equipment and furnishings for the needs of Yambol Municipality by lots

Opportunity description

The present public procurement provides for 5 (five) lots, as follows: Lot No. 1: Supply and installation of medical equipment for ENT diagnostics Lot No. 2: Supply and installation of diagnostic imaging equipment Lot No. 3: Supply and installation of functional and screening medical equipment Lot No. 4: Supply and installation of furnishings and equipment in the building of the Sŭglasie – 1862 Community Centre in connection with the implementation of the project “Integrated investments in the new generation – for educated, active young people working in the region” under the “Development of the Regions” Programme 2021-2027 Lot No. 5: Supply and installation of interior blinds for the administrative building of Yambol Municipality The total estimated value of the present public procurement amounts to EUR 212,584.17 excluding VAT. The total estimated value of Lots No. 3, 4 and 5 is below 20% of the total estimated value of the procurement; therefore, pursuant to Art. 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, Lots No. 3, 4 and 5 will be awarded under the award procedure applicable to their individual estimated value, i.e. under Art. 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act – by direct award. In implementation of Art. 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act and in view of the total estimated value of the entire procurement, the residual value of EUR 179,951.73 excluding VAT, constituting the total estimated value for Lots No. 1 and No. 2, is awarded through the present public procurement – by an “Open procedure” under Art. 18(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act. In view of the above, participants shall submit tenders for participation solely for Lots No. 1 and No. 2. As of the date of publication of the public procurement, funding for Lots No. 1 and No. 2 has been secured from the budget of the project “New model of integrated healthcare for children in the South-East Region”, contract No. BG16FFPR003-2.006-0058-C01, under the procedure Support for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities, Activity: Child healthcare and a healthy lifestyle through support for general practitioners and modernisation of hospital infrastructure in YAMBOL Municipality, South-East Region, under the “Development of the Regions” Programme 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. Lot No. 1 includes the supply of: 1. Diagnostic ENT unit – 1 pc.; 2. Diagnostic ENT microscope – 1 pc.; 3. Flexible endoscope – 1 pc.; 4. Patient chair – 1 pc.; 5. Diagnostic audiometer; 6. Tympanometer with technical parameters specified in the Technical Specification. Lot No. 2 includes the supply of: High-end echography system – 1 unit and High-end ultrasound system – 1 unit with the minimum technical characteristics specified in the Technical Specification.
