The procurement includes the delivery and installation of medical furnishings and medical equipment for the needs of the newly built stroke center at UMHATEM "N. I. Pirogov" EAD. The items are being purchased for the purpose of equipping the offices and premises and are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the procurement. The necessary accessories for the furnishings and equipment are specified in Section III of the Documentation. The Contracting Authority requires the offer to be comprehensive. The Contracting Authority has the right, when necessary, to replace items, both from one type or quantity to another, and by replacing several units at the expense of others, without this leading to an increase in the total value of the contract.
