Bulgaria – Medical gases – Supply of medical gases and provision of equipment for their storage and consumption for the term of the contract

Opportunity description

The object of this public procurement is a “supply” within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the award under the procedure is periodically recurring supplies of medical gases for the needs of "Second Specialized Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital for Active Treatment – Sheynovo" EAD (CONTRACTING AUTHORITY), in accordance with the attached technical specification, for the purpose of selecting a supplier of the specified medical gases and concluding a supply contract under the terms and procedure of the Public Procurement Act for a period of 24 months. The subject of the procurement also includes the provision of equipment for the storage and consumption of medical gases for which such a requirement is specified in the technical specification, and this shall be carried out within 5 /five/ days from the date of conclusion of the contract, and for additionally required equipment, within 5 /five/ days from the date of receipt of the written request from the contracting authority. The scope and main parameters of the public procurement are described in detail in the technical specification for the performance of the public procurement under the two lots, namely: Lot No. 1 "Supply of medical gases registered as medicinal products – comprehensive offer" and Lot No. 2 "Supply of medical gases registered as medical devices – comprehensive offer", attached to the participation documentation. The lot includes the following 3 types of medical gases: Medical oxygen – gaseous, with an estimated quantity of 12000 m3; Medical oxygen – liquid, with an estimated quantity of 130000 kg.; Nitrous oxide with an estimated quantity of 600 kg., registered as medicinal products, and participation requires a comprehensive offer for all types. The specific requirements for the medical gases are described in detail in the technical specification, Annex No. 1 to the participation documentation. The lot includes the following 2 types of medical gases: Liquid nitrogen for medical purposes, with an estimated quantity of 150 kg., and carbon dioxide, with an estimated quantity of 350 kg, registered as medical devices, and participation requires a comprehensive offer for all types.
