Supply of food products for the needs of “Home Social Care” and “Children’s Dairy Kitchen” within the territory of Nessebar Municipality, divided into lots: Lot No. 1: Supply of bread and bakery products Lot No. 2: Supply of eggs, milk and dairy products Lot No. 3: Supply of packaged foods, spices, etc. Lot No. 4: Supply of fruit and vegetables Lot No. 5: Supply of organic food products The purpose of this procedure is to select a contractor for the supply of food products for the needs of “Home Social Care” and “Children’s Dairy Kitchen” within the territory of Nessebar Municipality under five lots, including the supply of staple food products, the supply of fruit and vegetables, and the supply of organic food products (pursuant to Ordinance No. Н-1 of 23.07.2024 on environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement, published in SG, issue 64 of 30.07.2024), with appendices specifying the types of products required and approximate quantities for the term of the contract. The tenderer must ensure the supply of all food products listed in the appendix for the relevant lot and must be able to deliver the requested quantities every day. If daily delivery is not possible, the tenderer will be excluded from participation. Deliveries will be made daily after a representative of the Contracting Authority submits an order every Friday of the preceding week for the required items and quantities of food products. The delivery period must be within the working day and operating hours of the respective facility. Supply of bread and bakery products Supply of eggs, milk and dairy products Supply of packaged foods, spices, etc. Supply of fruit and vegetables Supply of organic food products The foods and beverages included in the List of Organic Food Products must be produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007, and the acts implementing it. Pursuant to Ordinance No. Н-1 of 23.07.2024 on environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement, published in SG, issue 64 of 30.07.2024, public contracting authorities apply minimum mandatory environmental requirements when procuring food for the following product groups: Milk and dairy products; Meat and meat products; Fish and fish products; Oils and fats; Cereals and cereal-based foods; Pulses; Vegetables – raw, canned, frozen, dried, fermented, vegetable juices; Fruit – fresh, frozen, dried, canned, in the form of nectars and fruit juices, jams, marmalades, jellies and compotes; Sugar, confectionery and chocolate products, honey; Nuts and oilseeds. Contracting authorities apply this requirement to supplies of food and beverages as follows: In 2026, to no less than 4% of the Total quantity of food and beverage supplies from each of the groups listed in the List of Organic Food Products; In 2027, to no less than 5% of the Total quantity of food and beverage supplies from each of the groups listed in the List of Organic Food Products; The stated quantities of supplied organic food products may be provided through one or several of the types of products included in the List of Organic Food Products for each individual group. Proof of compliance: The tenderer must be certified pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007, and Ordinance No. 5 of 3 September 2018 on implementing the rules for organic production, labelling and control, and on issuing authorisation for control activities concerning compliance with the rules of organic production, as well as on subsequent official supervision of control bodies.
