This procurement awards periodic supplies of food products for the needs of Daga Kindergarten at the address: Plovdiv, Severen District, 1 Gonda Voda St. Supplies must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 6 of 10.08.2011 on healthy nutrition for children aged 3 to 7 years in childcare establishments, Ordinance No. 2 of 20.01.2021 on the specific requirements for the safety and quality of food offered in childcare establishments, school canteens and retail outlets on the premises of schools and childcare establishments, as well as for food offered at organized events for children and pupils, issued by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry. Separate lots: Lot No. 1 “Supplies of fresh fruit and vegetables” Lot No. 2 "Supplies of canned fruit and vegetables and packaged food products" Lot No. 3 "Supplies of milk and dairy food products" Lot No. 4 "Supplies of meat and meat food products, eggs and fish" This procurement also awards three additional separate lots which, pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, will be awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to their individual value – through the conclusion of direct contracts. The total value of the directly awarded lots does not exceed 20% of the procurement value; therefore, Lot No. 5 through Lot No. 7 will be awarded directly pursuant to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. Orders are submitted during the preceding week, on Thursday by 4 p.m. Regular supplies do not preclude emergency supplies when required for objective reasons. Emergency orders are submitted to the contractor by 10:00 a.m. on the current day. The deadline for fulfilling emergency orders is up to 2 hours after submission of an order.
