Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement is supplies through periodic orders by the Contracting Authority of medical devices for the needs of “SBALOZ Dr. Marko Antonov Markov – Varna” EOOD. The procurement includes a total of 16 /sixteen/ lots, which will be awarded pursuant to Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter “b” of the PPA, with the Technical Specification /Appendix 1/ indicating the maximum estimated value and approximate estimated quantities in a unit of measurement for each individual lot, close to what is actually purchased by the Contracting Authority. The specified estimated quantity is for 24 (twenty-four) months, calculated on the basis of annual consumption from the previous year for each lot, with the Contracting Authority not being obliged to order for delivery the entire quantity specified in the public procurement specification, but having the right to order quantities according to its actual needs. Frequency of orders - weekly, the Contracting Authority places an order for the quantities it needs for each individual lot, depending on its specific needs based on the patients admitted; when necessary, the Contracting Authority places separate (supplementary) orders. Delivery period for ordered medical devices – up to 3 /three/ calendar days after receipt of an order. The order is submitted, at the Contracting Authority’s choice, by telephone or email. Acceptance and reporting of deliveries - the delivery date shall be deemed to be the date on which the goods are received by the Contracting Authority at the place of performance, according to a handover protocol. Place of performance - the deliveries will be made to the following address of the Contracting Authority: Varna, 100 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., “SBALOZ Dr. M. A. Markov – Varna” EOOD, Hospital Pharmacy.
