Bulgaria – Miscellaneous medical devices and products – “Supply through periodic orders of medical devices for the needs of ‘SBALOZ Dr. Marko Antonov Markov - Varna’ EOOD, by lots”

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the public procurement is supplies through periodic orders by the Contracting Authority of medical devices for the needs of “SBALOZ Dr. Marko Antonov Markov – Varna” EOOD. The procurement includes a total of 16 /sixteen/ lots, which will be awarded pursuant to Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, letter “b” of the Public Procurement Act, with the Technical Specification /Appendix 1/ stating the maximum estimated value and approximate estimated quantities in a unit of measurement for each lot, close to those actually purchased by the Contracting Authority. The stated estimated quantity is for 24 (twenty-four) months, calculated on the basis of annual consumption from the previous year for each lot, with the contracting authority not being obliged to order for delivery the entire quantity stated in the public procurement specification, but having the right to order quantities according to its actual needs. Frequency of orders - weekly, the contracting authority places an order for the quantities it requires for each lot, depending on its specific needs based on the patients admitted; where necessary, the contracting authority places separate (supplementary) orders. Delivery period for ordered medical devices – up to 3 /three/ calendar days after receipt of an order. The order is submitted, at the contracting authority’s choice, by telephone or by email. Acceptance and recording of deliveries - the date of delivery shall be deemed to be the date on which the goods are received by the contracting authority at the place of performance, pursuant to a handover and acceptance protocol.
