Opportunity description
The Executive Environment Agency is conducting a public procurement procedure pursuant to Art. 79, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) – negotiated procedure without prior publication, with the subject: “Servicing of gamma-spectrometric systems, alpha-beta counters, an alpha spectrometer, portable gamma dosimeters, surface contamination monitors, spectrometric multichannel analyzers with gamma probes and with an uncooled detector, and radon meters, and supply of consumables and spare parts for them”. By Decision No. F689529 / 22.05.2025, a public procurement award procedure was opened pursuant to Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) (open procedure), with the subject “Servicing of gamma-spectrometric systems, alpha-beta counters, an alpha spectrometer, portable gamma dosimeters, surface contamination monitors, spectrometric multichannel analyzers with gamma probes and with an uncooled detector, and radon meters, and supply of consumables and spare parts for them”. Decision No. D48243216 of 12.09.2025 was issued designating a public procurement contractor, stating that the procurement procedure was terminated pursuant to Art. 110, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) due to the exclusion of both tenderers who had submitted bids. The facts listed above constitute a prerequisite for conducting a negotiated procedure without prior publication under Art. 18, para. 1, item 8 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), in accordance with Art. 79, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP). Within the public procurement, the Contracting Authority intends to award the supply of consumables and spare parts and servicing services for gamma-spectrometric systems, alpha-beta counters, an alpha spectrometer, portable gamma dosimeters, surface contamination monitors, multichannel analyzers with gamma probes and an uncooled detector, and radon meters – equipment of the Executive Environment Agency. The activities included in the public procurement are: • supply of consumables and spare parts (when necessary); • servicing activities including: preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of the equipment. Pursuant to Art. 11, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), where the public procurement includes services and supplies, the main subject is determined depending on the service or supply having the highest estimated value. In this public procurement, the subject of the procurement is supply. The negotiations will take place on 01.12.2025 at 10:30 at the following address: Sofia, 136 Tsar Boris III Blvd., room No. 715, and will be conducted in compliance with the provisions of Art. 67 of the Rules for Implementation of the Public Procurement Act (PPZOP).
