Opportunity description
The subject matter of the public procurement is the supply through the purchase of new, unused motor vehicles for the needs of BNR by lots: Lot No. 1: “Supply of 1 category M1, Class AC estate car (4+1 seats)”; Lot No. 2: “Supply of 4 category M1, Class AB hatchback passenger cars (4+1 seats).” All costs for the performance of the full scope of the procurement shall be borne by the Contractor. The appointed contractor shall cover at its own expense all transport costs to the place specified for delivery, the costs of acquiring and, respectively, transferring to the Contracting Authority the ownership rights to the vehicles, payment of the product fee (eco-fee), all costs of performing warranty maintenance during the warranty period (for labour, spare parts and consumables), the costs of warranty (service) maintenance of the vehicles during the warranty period, as well as the costs of the Contractor remedying all technical malfunctions and damage arising through no fault of the Contracting Authority and covered by the warranty terms and the Contractor’s warranty liability, as well as the costs associated with registering the vehicles with KAT. The delivery period shall be as proposed by the participant, stated in calendar days (as a whole number), calculated from the date of conclusion of the contract. The maximum delivery period for each lot is: up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days, calculated from the date of conclusion of the contract until the handover and acceptance of the motor vehicles. The Contractor undertakes to register the vehicles with KAT within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, calculated from the acceptance and handover of the motor vehicles without remarks. Detailed information on the performance of the procurement is contained in Section II. “Technical Specifications and Requirements for the Performance of the Public Procurement” of the tender documentation. The subject matter of the procurement under Lot No. 2 includes the supply of 4 category M1, Class AB hatchback passenger cars (4+1 seats) (electric cars), complying with Ordinance No. N-21 of 19.12.2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles. All costs for the performance of the full scope of the procurement shall be borne by the Contractor. The appointed contractor shall cover at its own expense all transport costs to the place specified for delivery, the costs of acquiring and, respectively, transferring to the Contracting Authority the ownership rights to the vehicles, delivery of the vehicles, transporting the vehicles to the place of delivery, payment of the product fee (eco-fee), all costs of performing warranty maintenance during the warranty period (for labour, spare parts and consumables), the costs of warranty (service) maintenance of the vehicles during the warranty period, as well as the costs of the Contractor remedying all technical malfunctions and damage arising through no fault of the Contracting Authority and covered by the warranty terms and the Contractor’s warranty liability, as well as the costs associated with registering the vehicles with KAT. The warranty period for the anti-corrosion coating shall be no less than 5 years.
