“Gradski Transport” EAD, in partnership with Varna Municipality, is carrying out this public procurement for the activity: “Supply/renewal of rolling stock for mass public urban transport”, within the framework of Project No BG16FFPR003-1.001-0034 “Improving transport connectivity and urban mobility in Varna”, which is financed by the “Regional Development” Programme 2021–2027, procedure through the direct award of grant funding BG16FFPR003-1.001 “Support for integrated urban development in the 10 urban municipalities – main growth centres” under Administrative Grant Agreement No ВG16FFPR003-1.001-0034-С01 of 29.08.2025, in connection with which the performance of the specific public procurement contract is being awarded. The subject of the public procurement award procedure is: “Supply of auxiliary rolling stock for ‘Gradski Transport’ EAD in 2 lots” Lot No 1 – “Supply of lifting equipment – an aerial work platform intended for the construction and maintenance of the overhead contact network for trolleybus electric transport” and Lot No 2 – “Supply of an emergency vehicle for recovering buses and trolleybuses” This public procurement is related to the supply, registration, warranty and servicing, and personnel training for new specialised vehicles.
