This public procurement is for the supply of natural gas to provide heating during the winter period for the administrative building of the TP of NOI – Kardzhali, located at: Kardzhali, 2 Belasitsa St., at freely negotiated prices, in accordance with the Energy Act (EA), the Natural Gas Trading Rules (NGTR), and the Natural Gas Market Balancing Rules (NGMBR), for a period of 24 months. This public procurement is for the supply of natural gas to provide heating during the winter period for the administrative building of the TP of NOI – Kardzhali, located at: Kardzhali, 2 Belasitsa St., at freely negotiated prices, in accordance with the Energy Act (EA), the Natural Gas Trading Rules (NGTR), and the Natural Gas Market Balancing Rules (NGMBR), for a period of 24 months. The site is connected to the gas distribution network of “Citygas Bulgaria” EAD. It has backup electric heating. The estimated quantity of natural gas to be supplied for the duration of the contract is: 6.944 thousand Nm³ (approximately 75 MWh). For the duration of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change natural gas consumption relative to the estimated quantity, either upward or downward, according to the need that arises, paying only for the quantity of natural gas actually consumed during the relevant period, measured at the acceptance and delivery point.
