The subject of the public procurement includes the renewal of the structured cabling system (SCS) in buildings of the National Revenue Agency (NRA), with the following activities: 1. Construction of the building’s optical backbone network, in accordance with the applicable standards, intended for a packet-based TCP/IP computer network with access at 10 Gbps, where applicable; 2. Construction of a user network: desktop computers, workstations, peripheral devices (printers, scanners and all other TCP/IP devices) with access at 1 Gbps; 3. Construction of a power supply system for desktop computers, workstations and peripheral devices. The performance requirements are described in detail in the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1, forming part of the public procurement documentation. *** Sites/locations for the renewal of the SCS shall be requested by a written request for each specific location separately or jointly, sent electronically by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor via the correspondence address. One request may include one or more locations from Table No. 1 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. *** Performance periods: 1. The period for submitting requests is 36 (thirty-six) months from the date the contract enters into force. 2. The period for inspecting the requested location is up to 3 (three) working days from the Contractor’s receipt of the written request under item 18.1 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. 3. The period for providing a schedule for performance of the deliveries and activities for the sites specified in the written request under item 18.1 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1 is up to 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the request. The Contracting Authority shall approve the schedule within up to 10 (ten) working days of receiving it. The performance activities shall be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule. 4. The period for preparing and providing a design for the requested location is up to 1 (one) month from receipt of the written request under item 18.1 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. The Contracting Authority shall coordinate the design within up to 15 (fifteen) working days of receiving it. If there are comments, the Contractor shall address them within up to 5 (five) working days. The Contracting Authority shall approve the revised design within up to 3 (three) working days. Performance activities shall begin after the design has been approved by the Contracting Authority. 5. The period for delivery, installation, commissioning and dismantling of the existing SCS for each requested location is up to 5 (five) months from the date of receipt of the respective written request under item 18.1 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. If the Contracting Authority exceeds the approval periods under items 4 and 5, the final deadline for delivery, installation, commissioning and dismantling of the existing SCS for each requested location shall be extended by the number of delayed working days. 6. The warranty maintenance period for the completed activities, such as cable laying, component installation, installation accessories under item 28 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification, etc., is a minimum of 5 years from the signing of the handover and acceptance protocol under Art. 26, para. 1 of the draft contract. 7. The warranty service period for the components specified in item 16.2 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1 is 36 months from the signing of the handover and acceptance protocol under Art. 26, para. 1 of the draft contract; 8. The service maintenance period under item 16.3 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1 is 36 months from the signing of the handover and acceptance protocol under Art. 26, para. 1 of the draft contract, including a description of the completed delivery, mounting/installation, arrangement and commissioning activities for the respective site. 9. The manufacturer’s warranty certificate for the structured cabling system, which the Contractor shall provide to the Contracting Authority, must be for a minimum period of 20 (twenty) years. The scope of the activity also includes construction and installation works related to dismantling the existing SCS and installing the new SCS.
