The subject matter of the procurement includes the provision of written and oral translations for the needs of the General Directorate “Border Police” (GDBP) and its territorial structural units under four lots, as follows: - Lot No 1 “Provision of written and oral translations for the needs of the Elhovo Regional Directorate Border Police”; - Lot No 2 “Provision of written and oral translations for the needs of the Dragoman Regional Directorate Border Police”; - Lot No 3 “Provision of written and oral translations for the needs of the Burgas Regional Directorate Border Police”; - Lot No 4 “Provision of written and oral translations for the needs of the Ruse Regional Directorate Border Police” The minimum requirements for the performance of the activities under the lots are specified in their technical specifications. Provision of two-way translation services from a foreign language into Bulgarian and from Bulgarian into a foreign language for the needs of the structural units of the Regional Directorate “Border Police” – Elhovo (Elhovo RDBP), as follows: - provision of translation services for foreign nationals who have been detained by officers of the Elhovo RDBP in the exercise of their powers as police authorities; - written and oral translation of documents. The translation will be performed from a foreign language into Bulgarian and from Bulgarian into a foreign language as follows: First group: English, French, German; Second group: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese; Third group: Romanian, Turkish, Greek, Serbian, Macedonian language (in accordance with the Constitution of North Macedonia), Croatian, Ukrainian, Moldovan, Russian, Georgian, Czech, Polish, Slovak, Hungarian, Flemish (Dutch, Netherlandic), Danish, Swedish, Lithuanian, Finnish (Finlandic), Albanian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Farsi (Iranian, Persian), Dari, Pashto, Kurdish, Urdu; The estimated volume of the procurement for the term of the contract – up to 1700 hours of oral translation and 400 pages of written translation. For the preceding 12 months, the number of visits for the respective language group is as follows: - first group - 20 hours; - second group - 0 hours; - third group - 1 327 hours. The translation will be performed from a foreign language into Bulgarian and from Bulgarian into a foreign language as follows: First group: English, French, German; Second group: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese; Third group: Romanian, Turkish, Greek, Serbian, Macedonian language (in accordance with the Constitution of North Macedonia), Croatian, Ukrainian, Moldovan, Georgian, Russian, Czech, Polish, Slovak, Hungarian, Flemish (Dutch, Netherlandic), Danish, Swedish, Lithuanian, Finnish (Finlandic), Albanian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Farsi (Iranian, Persian), Dari, Pashto, Kurdish, Urdu; The estimated volume of the procurement for the term of the contract – up to 850 hours of oral translation and 200 pages of written translation.
