The purpose of this public procurement is to select a contractor in view of the Contracting Authority’s obligation as an employer toward the personnel of MBAL – BLAGOEVGRAD AD arising from Ordinance No. 11 of 11/21.12.2005 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the Ministry of Health on determining the conditions and procedure for providing free food and/or a supplement thereto. The subject matter of the public procurement includes printing, packaging, personalization and provision of food vouchers under Ordinance No. 11 of 21 December 2005 on determining the conditions and procedure for providing free food and/or supplements thereto. The estimated total number of vouchers is 148 680, with a nominal value of 2 euros, and given the estimated nature of the stated quantity, it represents neither the minimum nor the maximum quantity of vouchers that the Contracting Authority may order. The nominal value and, accordingly, the number of vouchers may be changed, without this resulting in a change in the value of the contract. The subject matter of the procurement must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation in force, the Technical Specification—an integral part of this documentation—and the Contracting Authority’s conditions.
