Opportunity description

The subject of this public procurement is the selection of an operator for the issuance, provision and administration (monthly loading) of electronic food vouchers (card), within the meaning of Ordinance No. 7 of 9.07.2003, for the employees of Burgas State University “Prof. Dr. Asen Zlatarov”. The Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor of the required number of cards to be delivered to it, according to the current number of employees who will use them. The available cards shall be loaded monthly with electronic vouchers, following a prior request from the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. The request shall specify which employees’ cards (the specific cards to be loaded) are to be loaded with electronic vouchers and the corresponding value. Procedure: open.
