This public procurement is divided into 6 (six) lots, and tenders may be submitted for one, more than one, or all of them: Lot No. 1 “Supply of spare parts and post-warranty servicing of motor vehicles owned by the branches of Irrigation Systems EAD located in Southwestern Bulgaria”; Lot No. 2 “Supply of spare parts and post-warranty servicing of motor vehicles owned by the branches of Irrigation Systems EAD located in South Central Bulgaria”; Lot No. 3 “Supply of spare parts and post-warranty servicing of motor vehicles owned by the branches of Irrigation Systems EAD located in Southeastern Bulgaria”; Lot No. 4 “Supply of spare parts and post-warranty servicing of motor vehicles owned by the branches of Irrigation Systems EAD located in Northeastern Bulgaria and part of North Central Bulgaria”; Lot No. 5 “Supply of spare parts and post-warranty servicing of motor vehicles owned by the branches of Irrigation Systems EAD located in Northwestern Bulgaria and part of North Central Bulgaria”; Lot No. 6 “Supply of additional spare parts and consumables for motor vehicles owned by the branches of Irrigation Systems EAD”. The company’s motor vehicles included in Lot No. 1, for which spare parts will be supplied and post-warranty servicing services will be provided, are as follows: Central Management - 1 passenger motor vehicle; Sofia branch - 12 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles and 13 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles; Struma-Mesta branch - 24 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles and 16 items of construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles. The company’s motor vehicles included in Lot No. 2, for which spare parts will be supplied and post-warranty servicing services will be provided, are as follows: Topolnitsa branch - 17 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles, 14 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles and trailer, and 9 mopeds and motorcycles; Maritsa branch - 30 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles and trailers, 17 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles, and 42 mopeds and motorcycles; Haskovo branch - 19 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles, 12 items of construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles, and 9 mopeds and motorcycles The company’s motor vehicles included in Lot No. 3, for which spare parts will be supplied and post-warranty servicing services will be provided, are as follows: Burgas branch - 14 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles and 2 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles; Sredna Tundzha branch - 12 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles, 24 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles and trailer, and 2 mopeds and motorcycles; Gorna Tundzha branch - 10 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles, 13 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles, and 9 mopeds and motorcycles. The company’s motor vehicles included in Lot No. 4, for which spare parts will be supplied and post-warranty servicing services will be provided, are as follows: Black Sea branch - 24 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles and trailers and 25 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles; Shumen branch - 12 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles, 7 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles, and 1 moped and motorcycle; Lower Danube branch - 9 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles, 28 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles and trailer, and 1 moped and motorcycle. The company’s motor vehicles included in Lot No. 5, for which spare parts will be supplied and post-warranty servicing services will be provided, are as follows: Vidin branch - 8 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles and 8 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles; Mizia branch - 13 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles and 18 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles and trailer; Middle Danube branch - 21 passenger and light commercial motor vehicles, 28 items of specialized construction machinery and heavy goods vehicles and trailer, and 1 moped and motorcycle. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Lot No. 6 – “Supply of additional spare parts and consumables for motor vehicles owned by the branches of Irrigation Systems EAD” is awarded under the conditions of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act.
