THE SCOPE of this public procurement includes the supply of spare parts and materials for buses in 5 lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 – “Supply of spare parts and materials for the engines of SOLARIS buses, models URBINO 12, URBINO 18 and newURBINO 12”. Lot No. 2 – “Supply of spare parts and materials for the heating system of SOLARIS buses, models URBINO 12, URBINO 12 CNG, URBINO 18 and newURBINO 12”. Lot No. 3 – “Supply of spare parts and materials for additional equipment for SOLARIS buses, models URBINO 12, URBINO 12 CNG, URBINO 18 and newURBINO 12”. Lot No. 4 – “Supply of spare parts and materials for braking systems for SOLARIS buses, models URBINO 12, URBINO 12 CNG, URBINO 18 and newURBINO 12”. Lot No. 5 – “Supply of spare parts and materials for the steering of SOLARIS buses, models URBINO 12, URBINO 12 CNG, URBINO 18 and newURBINO 12”. The spare parts and materials included within the scope of this procedure are necessary for maintaining the technical condition of the make and model of buses specified in the Technical Specifications, which are owned by the Contracting Authority. Deliveries shall be made under the terms of the concluded Contract, in accordance with the requested types of spare parts and materials under the relevant lot, described in detail in the Technical Specifications, which form part of the documentation for this public procurement. The quantities in each request shall be determined by the Contracting Authority according to its needs, based on a prior written request. This public procurement award procedure shall be conducted pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act and under the conditions of Art. 61, paras. 2, 3 and 4 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. under the “reverse order” procedure. The delivery period shall be a maximum of 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the request. The planned delivery by type of spare parts and materials under the relevant Technical Specification shall be made upon a prior written request from the Contracting Authority, by item and at the unit prices specified in the price proposal of the tenderer selected as Contractor. The quantities in each request shall be determined by the Contracting Authority according to its needs and may differ (more or less of a given type) from those indicated as estimates. The Contracting Authority does not undertake to necessarily request each of the items specified in the Technical Specifications. The period for performance of the procurement contract shall be 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the total contract value is reached, whichever of the two events occurs earlier, unless the stipulated option is exercised.
