Opportunity description
The procurement is for the supply of new hardware and software modules and licenses for the maintenance and expansion of dispatcher voice operational communication systems, described in detail in Table 2 of Section I "Technical Specifications" of the participation documentation. As a result of the procedure, a contract will be concluded for a period of 50 months. Deliveries will be made by the contracting authority issuing delivery orders. Delivery orders will be placed during the first 48 months of the term of the contract. The deadline for fulfilling each specific delivery order is up to 60 calendar days from the date on which the contracting authority sends the individual delivery order. Over the term of the contract, the delivery of a total estimated quantity of 260 modules and a total estimated quantity of 275 licenses is envisaged, with the individual estimated quantities of the modules and licenses specified in the price table for the public procurement.
