A public procurement procedure was conducted, negotiated without prior publication pursuant to Art. 18, para. 1, item 8, under the conditions of Art. 79, para. 1, item 7 of the Public Procurement Act, with the subject matter of the procurement being the supply of goods traded on a commodity exchange, according to a list approved by Council of Ministers Decree No. 191/29.07.2016, amended by Council of Ministers Decree No. 347/08.12.2016 and Council of Ministers Decree No. 212/21.10.2025. The public procurement is divided into two separate lots, as follows: - Lot No. 1 - Supply of F-76 diesel fuel (marked for vessels). - Lot No. 2 - Supply of Jet – A1 aviation kerosene.
