The subject matter of the procurement includes periodically recurring supplies of medicines under 46 lots by type and quantity, described in detail in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1. The tenderer may submit a tender for one, several or all lots in the Technical Specification. The performance period of the public procurement contract is 24 months from the date of signing the contract. The procedure will be conducted pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the so-called “reversed order” of examination - the evaluation of the tenderers’ technical and price proposals will be carried out before the preliminary selection.
