The subject matter of the procurement includes periodically recurring supplies of medicines under 46 lots by type and quantity, described in detail in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The participant may submit a tender for one, several or all lots in the Technical Specification. The performance period of the public procurement is 24 months from the date of signing the contract. The procedure will be conducted in accordance with Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the so-called “reversed order” of examination - the evaluation of the participants’ technical and price proposals will be carried out before conducting the preliminary selection.
