Opportunity description

The medicinal products are described in detail in tabular form in the Technical Specifications – Appendix No. 1 to this documentation for each separate lot. The specification of the medicinal products is divided into 11 separate lots. Each candidate/tenderer may participate for one, several or all separate lots. Tendering for all medicinal products in a given separate lot is mandatory – participation for individual sub-items or individual nomenclature lines within a separate lot is not permitted. The quantities of the medicinal products in the specification are approximate, and the contracting authority may not order the same volume during the term of the contract. The quantities requested will depend on the contracting authority’s needs during the period of the respective contracts. NOTE! Pursuant to Art. 104(2) of the ZOP, the chairperson of the committee decrypts the tenders and opens the price proposals together with the documents under Art. 39(2) and (3), item 1 of the PPZOP. Since all proposals in the tenderers’ bids are presented as numerical values, the evaluation of the tenderers’ technical and price proposals is carried out before preliminary selection, while the verification of the existence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the selection criteria is carried out in a manner that is not influenced by the results of the evaluation of the technical and price proposals. The proposals are announced by means of a notice in the electronic procurement file under Art. 36(6) and Art. 36a(2) on the day the tenders are opened. The committee’s actions for the examination, evaluation and ranking of the tenders will be carried out in accordance with Art. 61(1), first sentence, and (2), (3) and (4) of the PPZOP. 3.1.
