The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products included in the list under Art. 266a, para. 2 of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act, concluded pursuant to Art. 266a, para. 5, item 3 of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act, in connection with Art. 1, para. 1, item 2, Art. 3, para. 3, Art. 15c, para. 1 and Art. 15b of Ordinance No. 10/17.11.2011 of the Ministry of Health, by virtue of which the Contractor agrees, after receiving a letter of consent from the Bulgarian Drug Agency (BDA). Subject of the contract - Supply of medicinal products with the international nonproprietary name /INN/: 1. Dаntrolen sodium, vial. The estimated quantities for supply are 12 vials. The specified quantity of the medicinal product may be supplied under one or several separate delivery requests, depending on the specific needs of the medical institution. The Contracting Authority is obliged to accept and pay only for the quantity that it has requested and that has been supplied under the terms of the concluded contract. Procedure: neg-wo-call.
