Supply of medicinal products paid for by the NHIF pursuant to Art. 7 of ORDINANCE No. 2 of 27 March 2019, divided into lots: Lot 1: Supply of the medicinal product Cerliponase alfa Lot 2: Supply of the medicinal product Vosoritide 0.4 mg Lot 3: Supply of the medicinal product Vosoritide 0.56 mg Lot 4: Supply of the medicinal product Vosoritide 1.2 mg Source of funding: For the supplies of the medicinal products, the Contracting Authority will use funds from the NHIF, in accordance with an Order approving payment for services under Art. 7 of ORDINANCE No. 2 of 27 March 2019 on the medical and other services under Art. 82, paras. 1a and 3 of the Health Act and on the procedure and conditions for their approval, use and payment, issued for a specific patient. Tenders shall be opened, evaluated and reviewed in accordance with Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act through the Electronic Platform, with the participants’ technical and price proposals being evaluated before the documents demonstrating compliance with the selection criteria are reviewed.
