Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement is the supply, through periodic (monthly) orders by the Contracting Authority, of medicinal products for the needs of SBALOZ. The Technical Specification sets out general and minimum technical requirements for each medicinal product, while Appendix 1, in Excel format, specifies the name, technical characteristics, units of measurement and estimated quantities for each of the lots, which form an integral part of this documentation. Delivery period for ordered medicinal products – up to 3 /three/ calendar days after receipt of an order. The order shall be submitted by the contracting authority in writing by electronic means. The term for performance of the supply contracts is 24 /twenty-four/ months from the date of its entry into force /until contracts are concluded through the Central Purchasing Body under more favorable conditions for the Contracting Authority. Frequency of orders - once a month, based on estimated calculations, the contracting authority places an order for the quantities it requires for the following month. Depending on the specific needs for medicinal products based on the patients admitted during the month, where necessary the contracting authority places separate (supplementary) orders. Acceptance and reporting of deliveries - the delivery date shall be deemed to be the date on which the goods are received by the contracting authority at the place of performance, in accordance with a handover and acceptance protocol. Place of performance - deliveries will be made to the following address of the Contracting Authority: Varna, 100 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., “SBALOZ Dr. M. A. Markov – Varna” EOOD, Hospital Pharmacy. Payment for deliveries will be made under deferred-payment terms - up to 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the delivery and after presentation of an original invoice issued by the contractor.
