Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement is the periodic supply, upon prior request, of medicinal products for the needs of “КОЦ-Шумен” ЕООД, divided into 39 /thirty-nine/ separate lots, with each medicine constituting a separate lot. Complete information regarding the technical requirements, estimated quantities, and estimated value for each separate lot is described and stipulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. Tenderers may submit tenders for one, several, or all separate lots included in the subject of the public procurement. The contracting authority does not limit the number of separate lots that may be awarded to one contractor. Evaluation is carried out by separate lot. The total estimated value of the procurement excluding options is EUR 191 031,360 excluding VAT, representing the sum of the values of all separate lots for a period of 24 /twenty-four/ months. The total value of the procurement including options amounts to EUR 238 789,200 excluding VAT. The estimated value of the procurement including options includes an option to extend the term of the contract by up to 6 /six/ months. The subject of this lot covers the periodic supply, upon prior request, of medicinal products for the needs of "КОЦ-Шумен" ЕООД. The estimated quantity for 24 months, as well as the exact characteristics of the medicinal product, are specified in the Technical Specification.
