Opportunity description

The subject matter of the procurement is the periodic supply, upon prior request, of medicinal products for the needs of “КОЦ-Shumen” EOOD, divided into 37 /thirty-seven/ separate lots, with each medicinal product constituting a separate lot. Full information regarding the technical requirements, estimated quantities, as well as the estimated value for each separate lot, is described and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. Tenderers may submit tenders for one, several, or all separate lots included in the subject matter of the public procurement. The contracting authority does not limit the number of separate lots that may be awarded to one contractor. The evaluation is carried out by separate lots. The total estimated value of the procurement excluding options is EUR 96 153,840 excluding VAT, representing the sum of the values of all separate lots for a period of 24 /twenty-four/ months. The total value of the procurement including options amounts to EUR 120 192,300 excluding VAT. The estimated value of the procurement including options includes an option to extend the term of the contract by up to 6 /six/ months. The subject matter of this lot covers the periodic supply, upon prior request, of medicinal products for the needs of "КОЦ-Shumen" EOOD. The estimated quantity for 24 months, as well as the exact characteristics of the medicinal product, are specified in the Technical Specification.
