The subject matter of the public procurement includes the periodic supply of medicinal products for the needs of “MBAL-Elin Pelin” EOOD, by types and quantities specified in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1. The scope of the procurement includes: delivery to the Contracting Authority's warehouse; unloading the quantity of products delivered under a given order. The types and quantities of products specified in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) are estimated. The Contracting Authority has the right to change the quantities of products specified in Appendix No. 1 according to its needs, including refusing the delivery of certain types of products, as well as ordering new types that are not included in Appendix No. 1 but are in fulfillment of the subject matter of the public procurement. “New types” means: in the event of discontinuation of production and/or import, an equivalent of the types of medicinal products included in Appendix No. 1.
