Bulgaria – Pharmaceutical products – First procedure under the DPS for the supply of medicinal products for the needs of “National Cardiology Hospital” EAD

Opportunity description

The subject of the public procurement is the supply of medicinal products. The types of medicinal products that are the subject of this procedure, as well as their estimated quantities, are specified in the Technical Specification, constituting Technical Annex No. 1 to the invitation to participate and an integral part thereof. Due to their estimated nature, the quantities specified represent neither the minimum nor the maximum total quantity that the Contracting Authority will order for delivery during the performance period of the respective contract. During the performance of the concluded contracts for the supply of medicinal products, the Contracting Authority will order such quantities of products as it requires in view of the volume and nature of the activities it carries out. The period for performance of the procurement is 12 (twelve) months from the date of conclusion of a contract for its award. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the sections applicable to it of the “Documentation for participation in public procurement: Dynamic purchasing system with subject: Supply of medicinal products”, approved by Decision No. F816499 / 27.02.2026 of the Contracting Authority, published in the Public Procurement Register of the Public Procurement Agency under No. T561509. The award of the procurement (selection of the contractor) is carried out on the basis of the criterion under Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act – “lowest price”, where “lowest” price means the lowest offered value for performance of the procurement under the respective nomenclature in euros excluding VAT (calculated as the product of the estimated quantity determined by the Contracting Authority and the unit price proposed by the candidate).
