Opportunity description

The DPS is established for periodic supplies, following prior requests, of medicinal products outside the PLS for the needs of SBALPFZ SOFIA REGION EOOD” for a period of 2 years. The medicinal products are specified by ATC code, international non-proprietary name INN, quantity of medicinal substance, pharmaceutical form, unit of measure, estimated quantity per unit of measure, and estimated price in the initial “Technical Specification” attached to the documentation, which may be amended during the operation of the dynamic system by adding new medicinal products and/or changing their quantities. The quantities specified in the attached “Technical Specification” are estimated and do not create an obligation for the Contracting Authority to procure them in the estimated volume.The term of the DPS is 24 /twenty-four/ months. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout its entire period of validity to any candidate who meets the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it are open and free of charge for all interested parties. The term of the contracts concluded on the basis of the restricted procurements within the DPS is a period of 12 /twelve/ months.The dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is conducted in stages. Pursuant to Art. 101 of the Public Procurement Act, depending on the stage of the procedure, candidates submit requests to participate, and qualified (admitted) candidates submit tenders.First stage /initial collection of requests to participate.At this stage, requests to participate are collected. The requests to participate /ESPD/ contain(s) information concerning the candidates’ personal status and the selection criteria. Deadline for submission of initial requests – 24.09.2026. The initial requests to participate will be examined within 10 working days of the deadline for submitting initial requests, after which the Contracting Authority determines the qualified suppliers by means of a Selection Decision. After the Selection Decision enters into force, the second stage of the procedure follows. Second stage /collection of tenders pursuant to specific invitations/: An invitation to submit tenders for a specific public procurement procedure is then sent to those suppliers who have been qualified/admitted. The tenders contain a technical and price proposal. Procedure: restricted. Estimated value: 31,312.96 EUR.
