The subject matter of the public procurement will be performed through periodic deliveries upon written requests from the Contracting Authority for the respective medicinal products included in the Technical Specification. The quantities are specified in the Technical Specification, and they are indicative and depend on the current needs of the Contracting Authority during the term of the public procurement contract. The Contracting Authority does not impose a limit on the number of lots that it will award to one contractor.
