Maintenance of sites in the green system of Sofia Municipality under 30 (thirty) separate lots. The subject matter of the procurement includes activities for the maintenance of sites in the green system of Sofia Municipality - parks, gardens, green areas along transport routes and tree plantations, including biological and household cleaning. It is carried out through the commissioning of activities (individual operations) for the maintenance of lawns, trees and shrubs, flowers, paths and other park elements at sites in the green system of Sofia Municipality, including: mowing lawns, collecting and transporting mown grass, pruning shrubs, undergrowth and shoots, felling trees, planting flowers, planting trees and shrubs, collecting fallen leaves, maintaining cleanliness and transporting collected waste, hoeing paths and grounds, raking lawns, digging around roses and shrubs, uprooting (grinding) stumps, grassing, and activities for the repair of park elements and infrastructure, etc. The activities are carried out in the territories specified according to the attached list/graphic material (map) – Appendix 1, an integral part of the public procurement documentation. The activities are carried out upon commissioning, according to need and the annual budget. Estimated annual quantities of the activities (operations) falling within the scope of each separate lot are specified in Appendix 2, an integral part of the technical specification. The lots in the procedure are defined territorially - by districts within Sofia Municipality, distributed into zones and grouped into categories according to the content and specific nature of maintenance. The procurement includes 30 zones (lots), of which: - Parks and gardens – 13 zones (lots) - separate lots 1 to 13; - Special-purpose parks – zoo and cemetery parks – 2 zones (lots) - separate lots 14 and 25; - Forest parks and Vitosha Nature Park – 2 zones (lots) - separate lots 15 and 16; - Tree plantations – 4 zones (lots) - separate lots 17, 18, 19 and 20; - Schools, childcare and healthcare facilities and social care homes – 4 zones (lots) - separate lots 21, 22, 23 and 24. - Transport zones – 5 zones (lots) - separate lots 26 to 30; For the lots (zones) for which it is applicable, graphic material (map) and a list of the sites included in them, with an approximate area, are provided. For the lots (zones 21 to 24), a list of the sites included in them, with an approximate area, is provided. The lots (zones 17 to 20) include tree plantations along streets and boulevards. For these lots, an estimated (approximate) number of trees to be maintained is specified. The activities under this procurement are described in detail and are commissioned, performed, controlled, accepted and reported in accordance with the technical specification. The value of the procurement for each lot (zone) is indicative (estimated) and is in accordance with the annual budget. Zone 6 includes parks, gardens and green areas with a total approximate area of 777.00 decares in the Nadezhda and Vrabnitsa districts, including: 1. Severen Park, Nadezhda, Vrabnitsa district – 739.50 decares. 2. “Nadezhda” Park, Nadezhda, Vrabnitsa district – 37.50 decares. The services falling within the scope of the procurement are performed through the commissioning of activities (individual operations), according to the list of operations for the respective separate lot attached to the documentation, in accordance with need and the annual budget. The activities are carried out in the territories specified according to the attached list/graphic material (map) for the respective separate lot – Appendix 1, an integral part of the public procurement documentation. The estimated value of the separate lot is determined on the basis of an annual estimated value of BGN 1 080 000.00 excluding VAT. Zone 14 includes parks, gardens and green areas with a total approximate area of 150.00 decares at Sofia Zoo, Lozenets district. The services falling within the scope of the procurement are performed through the commissioning of activities (individual operations), according to the list of operations for the respective separate lot attached to the documentation, in accordance with need and the annual budget. The activities are carried out in the territories specified according to the attached list/graphic material (map) for the respective separate lot – Appendix 1, an integral part of the public procurement documentation. The estimated value of the separate lot is determined on the basis of an annual estimated value of BGN 400 000.00 excluding VAT. Zone 15 includes forest parks with a total approximate area of 4 092.00 decares, including: 1. “Borisova Gradina” Forest Park, Izgrev/Lozenets district – 2 441.00 decares. 2. Zapaden Forest Park, Krasna Polyana district – 1 528.00 decares. 3. “Koshartite” Forest Park, Lozenets district – 85.00 decares. 4. “Dabova Gora” Forest Park, Lozenets district – 38.00 decares. Zone 22 includes areas with a total approximate area of 481.00 decares at municipal schools, childcare and healthcare facilities and social care homes in the districts of: Serdika, Oborishte, Slatina, Poduyane, Novi Iskar and Kremikovtsi. The services falling within the scope of the procurement are performed through the commissioning of activities (individual operations), according to the list of operations for the respective separate lot attached to the documentation, in accordance with need and the annual budget.
