Opportunity description

During the performance of the contract, the following shall be carried out: preparation of designs (layouts) for the items requested by the Contracting Authority, printing and on-site delivery to the Contracting Authority of the printed products, in accordance with an approved list by type of item, with the respective technical parameters and print runs described in the Technical Specification (Annex No. 1). The Contracting Authority shall provide scanned samples of items accompanying the Technical Specification. The production of the printed products under Annex No. 1 includes the preparation of a layout of the product, which shall be provided electronically to the Contracting Authority for written approval, after which the product shall be printed and delivered to the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall carry out all necessary operations, such as prepress preparation, procurement of production materials, editing, completion of finishing work, printing, folding, gluing, stitching, binding, perforation, lamination, packaging (where applicable), delivery, as well as all other activities necessary for the Contracting Authority to receive the final product.
