Separate lot No. 3: “Implementation of information dissemination and publicity activities” under project implementation contract No. BG16FFPR003-4.001-0231 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building at the address: Pernik, 90 "Otets Paisiy" St., entrance A and entrance B”, Separate lot No. 4: “Implementation of information dissemination and publicity activities” under project implementation contract No. BG16FFPR003-4.001-0222-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building at the address Pernik, Bela Voda quarter, Simeonovgrad St., block 19, entrance A and entrance B” and Separate lot No. 5: “Implementation of information dissemination and publicity activities” under project implementation contract No.:BG16FFPR003-4.001-0228-C01 “Energy efficiency of a multi-family residential building at the address: Pernik, Naycho Tsanov St., block 17'' ARE NOT subject to award through this public procurement procedure, since they will be awarded according to their individual value pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, namely through direct award pursuant to Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The value of the separate lots does not exceed EUR 79,998.77 and the total value of the separate lot (EUR 613.55) awarded directly, which is approximately 14% of the total value of the procurement, does not exceed 20 percent of the total value of the procurement. The subject matter of the separate lot includes the following activities: 1. Holding public events 2 public events are planned, as follows: 1 initial press conference 1 closing event A detailed description of all planned activities is contained in the technical specification attached to the documentation. The subject matter of the separate lot includes the following activities: Production, delivery and installation of a temporary billboard during construction and installation works: The billboard shall be placed at the specified site from the beginning to the end of the construction and installation works. Technical characteristics: Minimum size 2000 x 2000 mm; Quantity: 1 pc. Durability: Suitable for outdoor conditions Legibility and color guarantee – min. 24 months. Material: Long-lasting, resistant to outdoor conditions (e.g. anti-corrosion aluminum, PVC, composite panel or other) Installation and/or suspension on a wall, fence, metal column or structural frame, as well as in another suitable location, using materials and methods appropriate to the specific conditions and applicable technical requirements; Delivery, transport, installation and dismantling; The exact installation location, as well as specific information about the project that the billboard must contain, will be specified by the contracting authority in an assignment letter. 2. Permanent explanatory sign after completion of the construction and installation works: Production and installation of a permanent explanatory sign Technical characteristics: ● Quantity: 1 pc. ● Size: 400 x 300 mm.; ● Colors: 4 colors; ● Material: Etalbond with direct printing or direct printing on Etalbond.; ● resistant to the effects of outdoor weather conditions; ● the sign will be installed by suspension on a wall or another suitable location using materials appropriate to the circumstances, or by another applicable method at the intervention site, at a location specified by the Contracting Authority; ● delivery, transport and installation; ● the exact installation location, as well as specific information about the project that the permanent explanatory sign (plaque) must contain, will be specified by the contracting authority in an assignment letter.
