Opportunity description

Supply of winter and summer work shoes meeting the technical requirements and conditions of the technical specification. The work shoes are intended to ensure healthy and safe working conditions for the workers and employees within the structure of the contracting authority, “Elektrorazpredelitelni Mrezhi Zapad” EAD. The contract includes the supply of work shoes /various types/ depending on their intended use, which are divided into 3 (three) lots, as follows: Lot No. 1 with subject: “Supply of winter work shoes with protective toe caps”; Lot No. 2 with subject: “Supply of winter work shoes without protective toe caps”; Lot No. 3 with subject: “Supply of summer work shoes for engineering and technical personnel” - for direct award pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act. Quantity and/or volume: The contracting authority estimates that, for the entire term of the contract, which is 24 (twenty-four) months, the following quantities will be delivered: For Lot No. 1: winter work shoes with protective toe caps – 2 150 pairs; For Lot No. 2: winter work shoes without protective toe caps - 2 210 pairs; For Lot No. 3: summer work shoes for engineering and technical personnel – 1 300 pairs. Samples: Pursuant to Art. 52, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority requires each participant to provide samples together with the technical proposal, in accordance with the technical specification - work shoes size 43. The sealed opaque packaging containing the samples shall be submitted during the contracting authority’s working hours – every working day from 8:00 to 16:30, at the contracting authority’s registry office at the following address: Sofia, 28 “Tsarigradsko Shose” Blvd., “Iztok Plaza,” within the deadline specified in the contract notice for the submission of tenders. The estimated total value of the contract is 130 000,00 (one hundred and thirty thousand) euros excluding VAT, allocated as follows: - for Lot No. 1 - 52 000,00 euros excluding VAT; - for Lot No. 2 - 52 500,00 euros excluding VAT; - for Lot No. 3 - 25 500,00 euros excluding VAT. Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the committee will evaluate the participants’ technical and price proposals before examining the documents concerning compliance with the selection criteria. The committee’s actions will be carried out in the sequence provided for in Art. 61 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act.
