The subject of this procurement is the “Provision of public passenger transport on bus routes from municipal, regional and national transport schemes, according to route timetables” under six lots: Lot No. 1: Route: Teteven - Babintsi – Teteven; Lot No. 2: Route: town of Teteven – village of Glogovo – town of Teteven; Lot No. 3: Route: town of Teteven – village of Glogovo – town of Teteven; Lot No. 4: Route: town of Teteven – town of Lovech – town of Teteven; Lot No. 5: Route: Ribaritsa - Sofia - Ribaritsa; Lot No. 6: Route: Teteven - Sofia - Teteven. Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority awards: 1. Lot No. 5 (with a value of 7 500.00 (seven thousand five hundred) euros excluding VAT) under the procedure applicable to its individual estimated value; 2. Lot No. 6 (with a value of 7 000.00 (seven thousand) euros excluding VAT) under the procedure applicable to its individual estimated value. All participants, when performing the public passenger transport service on bus routes from municipal, regional and national transport schemes, must comply with the regulatory requirements of national and European passenger transport legislation. The period for performance of the procurement is from the date of receipt of an award letter from the Contractor and is as follows: Lot 1 - 5 years; Lot 2 – 3 years; Lot 3 – 3 years; Lot 4 – 3 years; Lot 5 – 5 years; Lot 6 – 5 years. The total estimated value of the public procurement, as well as the estimated values of the procurement under the respective lots, are indicative for the duration of the contracts and do not bind the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority does not undertake to expend the entire total estimated value of the procurement or the stated estimated values under the respective lots, and it/they may also be exceeded. The contract value for each Lot is equal to the estimated value of the lot. IMPORTANT! The Contracting Authority determines the following MAXIMUM PRICES OF TICKETS AND PASSES by lots and routes: Lot No. 1: Route: Teteven - Babintsi – Teteven - Maximum ticket price: 1.40 euros excluding VAT, Maximum monthly pass price: 20.61 euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 2: Route: town of Teteven – village of Glogovo – town of Teteven - Maximum ticket price: 1.90 euros excluding VAT, Maximum monthly pass price: 32.77 euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 3: Route: town of Teteven – village of Glogovo – town of Teteven - Maximum ticket price: 1.90 euros excluding VAT, Maximum monthly pass price: 55.00 euros excluding VAT; Lot No. 4: Route: town of Teteven – town of Lovech – town of Teteven - Maximum ticket price: 3.70 euros excluding VAT, No passes are issued for this route.
