Supply, installation, commissioning, training and warranty service of medical equipment by separate lots. Pursuant to Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act, due to the lack of secured funding at the opening of the procedure, the Contracting Authority makes the performance of the contract conditional. Performance shall begin after confirmation by the Contracting Authority that funding has been secured and submission by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee. If the performance guarantee is not submitted within the period specified by the Contracting Authority, without objective reasons, the contract shall be terminated. If funding has not been secured after the expiry of a 3-month period from the conclusion of the contract, either party may request its termination without notice. If funding has not been secured after the expiry of a 10-month period from the conclusion of the contract, the contract shall be deemed terminated. Endotracheal anesthesia machine-10 units Pursuant to Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act, due to the lack of secured funding at the opening of the procedure, the Contracting Authority makes the performance of the contract conditional.
