Description and subject matter of the public procurement: “Collection and transportation of household waste within the territory of Bratsigovo Municipality”. The collection and transportation of household waste will be carried out in the 7 settlements of Bratsigovo Municipality and the two holiday resorts described in detail in Annex No. 1, Technical Specification of the procurement, an integral part of this documentation. The subject matter of this public procurement comprises the following household waste collection and transportation services: - Collection of household waste from the collection points and transportation to the Recycling Center - Pazardzhik; - Washing and disinfection of household waste storage receptacles (containers and bins), at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to the availability of financial resources, after receipt of an assignment letter, 1 /once/ annually. Place and period for performance of the procurement: The public procurement services will be performed within the territory of the municipality’s settlements - the town of Bratsigovo as the administrative center, 6 villages: the village of Ravnogor, the village of Rozovo, the village of Byaga, the village of Isperihovo, the village of Kozarsko, the village of Zrebichko, and 2 holiday resorts: “Rozovski Vriz” and “Vasil Petleshkov”. In accordance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the necessary requirements of the Contracting Authority are set out in the Technical Specification - Annex No. I for organized waste collection and waste transportation within the territory of Bratsigovo Municipality. Period for performance of the procurement: The period for performance of the public procurement service is 24 /twenty-four/ months. Tender validity period: The tender validity period shall be 6 /six/ months from the date on which the deadline for their submission expires. If necessary, the Contracting Authority may require participants to extend the validity period of their tenders until a contract is concluded. Note: A participant who submits a tender with a validity period shorter than that specified in item 1 or does not extend the validity period of its tender in accordance with an invitation from the Contracting Authority within the period specified in the invitation will be excluded from participation in the procedure. ​​​​​​​ Procedure: open.
