BODY Manufacturer........./make ..... / model ....... to be specified in the Technical Proposal by the participant) Type - Refuse-collection body with “tipper” type mechanism Main requirements for the body - Waste hopper volume ≥ 8.5 cubic meters; Combined container lifting and emptying device for metal and plastic receptacles with capacities of 120, 240 and 360 liters; Emptying of bins/containers through two consecutive movements – lifting and rotating the bins/containers to prevent waste from falling/leachate from leaking onto the ground during the operation; Emptying of the waste hopper by lifting and tilting the body; 2 rear hydraulic stabilizers to stabilize the vehicle during the hopper-emptying process; Rigid, fixed roof over the front loading section of the body and a hydraulically operated sliding roof (opening/closing) over the rear loading section of the body; Hydraulic drive through a power take-off (PTO) reducer from the vehicle gearbox; At least 1 work lamp to illuminate the body during nighttime operation; Rotating warning lights: front and rear; Body control panel located at the rear of the vehicle; C. Body warranty period – at least 24 months The subject matter of the contract also includes training for at least one operator and provision of warranty (service) support for the delivered equipment during the warranty period. The engines of the vehicles must comply with the requirements of ORDINANCE No. H-21 of 19.12.2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles. The full scope of the activities and the minimum requirements for the technical characteristics of the trucks and bodies are described in detail in the Technical Specification, an appendix to the participation documentation. The subject matter of the contract also includes training for at least one operator and provision of warranty (service) support for the delivered equipment during the warranty period. The engines of the vehicles must comply with the requirements of ORDINANCE No. H-21 of 19.12.2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles. The full scope of the activities and the minimum requirements for the technical characteristics of the trucks and bodies are described in detail in the Technical Specification, an appendix to the participation documentation. 2.1. Maintenance and repair Maintenance and repair of the equipment shall be performed at the contractor’s service facility (owned or rented), within the country, within the warranty periods and warranty (service) support. 2.2. Other requirements 2.2.1. The equipment must be accompanied by operating instructions or an operating manual in Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The equipment must be accompanied by documents certifying its quality and origin and the documents required for its registration. 2.3. Warranty liability and warranty requirements. 2.3.1. The contractor shall guarantee the full functional fitness of the delivered equipment in accordance with its intended purpose and the technical assignment. 2.3.2. Within the warranty period, the contractor shall, using its own personnel and resources, remedy all defects, deficiencies and/or damage and/or non-conformities that have arisen in the delivered used refuse-collection vehicles and, respectively, replace defective parts and/or components with new ones. The warranty covers all systems, assemblies, units and parts of the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements in the service booklet concerning the manufacturer’s warranty liability and includes: 2.3.3. Full warranty service provided for a period of at least 24 /twenty-four/ months or mileage of 100,000 /one hundred thousand/ km – whichever of the two events occurs first, calculated from the date of registration of the refuse-collection vehicles with the Traffic Police. 2.3.4. Technical servicing in accordance with the service schedules of the chassis and body manufacturers is not the subject of this public procurement. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,619,000 BGN.
