The subject matter of the contract also includes training for at least one operator and the provision of warranty (service) maintenance for the delivered equipment during the warranty period. The vehicle engines must comply with the requirements of ORDINANCE No. N-21 of 19.12.2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles. The full scope of the activities and the minimum requirements for the technical characteristics of the trucks and superstructures are described in detail in the Technical Specification appended to the tender documentation. 2.1. Maintenance and repair Maintenance and repair of the equipment shall be carried out at the contractor’s service facility (owned or rented), within the country, within the warranty periods and warranty (service) maintenance. 2.2. Other requirements 2.2.1. The equipment must be accompanied by operating instructions or an operating manual in Bulgarian. 2.2.2. The equipment must be accompanied by documents certifying its quality and origin and the documents necessary for its registration. 2.3. Warranty liability and warranty requirements. 2.3.1. The contractor shall guarantee the full functional fitness of the delivered equipment, in accordance with its intended purpose and the technical assignment. 2.3.2. Within the warranty period, the contractor shall, using its own labor and resources, remedy all defects, deficiencies and/or damage and/or non-conformities that arise in the delivered used refuse-collection vehicles, and shall replace defective parts and/or components with new ones, as applicable. The warranty covers all systems, units, assemblies and parts of the equipment, in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements in the service booklet concerning the manufacturer’s warranty liability, and includes: 2.3.3. Full warranty service provided for a period of at least 24/twenty-four/ months or mileage of 100,000 /one hundred thousand/ km.- whichever of the two events occurs first, calculated from the date of registration of the refuse-collection vehicles with the Traffic Police. 2.3.4. Technical servicing in accordance with the service schedules of the chassis and superstructure manufacturers is not the subject of this public procurement. Where certificates, standards, makes, models or other similar items are specified in the technical specification and documentation, “and/or equivalent” shall be read throughout. In accordance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the necessary characteristics of the subject matter of the public procurement are individually specified in detail in the Technical Specification[1] of the Contracting Authority’s requirements (“Technical Specifications”).
