Bulgaria – Renal support devices – “Delivery, installation and commissioning of medical equipment for the needs of the Clinic of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at UMHAT ‘Alexandrovska’ EAD”

The subject matter of the procurement concerns a device for continuous renal replacement therapy and plasmapheresis – 1 unit. Place of performance of the public procurement: Clinic of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at UMHAT “Alexandrovska” EAD – Sofia 1431, 1 “Sv. Georgi Sofiyski” St. In addition to delivery, the subject matter of the Contract also includes the performance of the following activities: installation, commissioning, training of the Contracting Authority’s specialists to operate the device for continuous renal replacement therapy and plasmapheresis, and warranty servicing of the medical equipment. The delivery performance period shall be that proposed by the participant, but it must not exceed 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of an assignment letter from the Contracting Authority. Installation, configuration and technical testing of the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements, and commissioning – within no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of delivery, as established by a handover protocol; Training of the Contracting Authority’s personnel to operate the equipment – no more than 5 (five) calendar days from the date of commissioning of the Medical Equipment. Warranty period: The warranty period for the medical equipment may not be less than 12 months from the date the equipment is commissioned. The warranty period proposed by the participant may not be shorter than the warranty period specified by the manufacturer. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 26,250 EUR.
