The site is located on the territory of MER Plovdiv and is in regular operation, with the administrative address TDU South, SIZ, Plovdiv, 17 E “Kuklensko Shose” Blvd. Servicing and repairs of the systems shall be carried out at TDU South, Southern Industrial Zone /SIZ/, Plovdiv, unless the nature of the fault or inspection requires activities to be carried out at the Contractor's facility. Maintenance, servicing and repair of the fire alarm system and fire extinguishing systems are envisaged, covering the following activities: Maintenance and servicing of the FAS and FES, including monthly, quarterly and annual inspections, which shall be carried out no later than the 25th day of the respective calendar month; Carrying out repairs to the FAS and FES when necessary and after coordination with the Contracting Authority. During the initial inspection of the FAS and FES, the Contractor must perform the following: • Check for the availability of FAS and FES logbooks and create them if none exist; • Check for the availability of operating instructions for the FAS and FES; • Affix stickers with contact information; • Check the expiration date of the rechargeable batteries and affix stickers indicating their expiration date.
