Opportunity description

The procurement includes the overhaul (renovation) of 1 rotor (drawing 5БП.674.663) of a motor, type ВАЗ 215/109-6АМ05, of a main circulation pump, due to high vibrations. The Contractor shall transport the rotor and perform the necessary scope of repair activities on it in accordance with item 2 of the technical specification, the developed repair technology, other necessary repair documentation, the quality control plan and the schedule for performance of the activities, while preserving all technological parameters of the rotor. A comprehensive measurement (taking geometric dimensions) of the rotor before disassembly, photography and documentation of the rotor’s existing condition must be performed; dismantling of the rotor stack using technology proposed by the Contractor; inspection of the sealing of the rods in the slots, etc. Procedure: neg-w-call.
